Free event!  Great for kids and adults of all ages. 🙂

What:  Salmon Spawning Day
When:  Saturday October 22 from 9:00 am – 12 noon
Where:  Trinity River Fish Hatchery in Lewiston

The recent rain should increase the numbers of salmon spawners returning to the Trinity River and this Saturday fish biologists will be on hand at the Lewiston Trinity River Fish Hatchery to point them out and talk fish.

On Saturday October 22 from 9:00 am – 12 noon, fish biologists will be at the information kiosk at the Trinity River Fish Hatchery in Lewiston. They will lead walks along the river and be available to answer your questions about salmon and their long journey home from the ocean.  All are welcome to stop by and chat anytime during the 3-hour window.

This free public event is sponsored by the Trinity River Restoration Program.
