20th Anniversary Trinity River Salmon Festival

Join us for the 20th Anniversary (that’s right!) Trinity River Salmon Festival.

October 13th, 10am-4pm at the Highland Art Center Meadow on Main St., Weaverville, CA.

Special Animal Show at 1pm by the Turtle Bay Exploration Park

(Please leave your animal friends at home to protect the wild ones).

Music!  Philosopher’s Tone, Don Hall & The Conrad Gulch Ramblers performing throughout the day.

Celebrate and explore salmon through family activities, games, art, music, traditionally prepared salmon dinners, and hand crafted art!

The festival will open with a Nor-Rel-Muk Blessings and Tribal Drum.

Weaverville will be popping that day with The Dutch Oven Cook-off across the street at the museum, and Artists in Action in historic downtown. Come enjoy a beautiful Autumn day with your community!

Event is sponsored by the Trinity River Restoration Program (trrp.net) in association with Trinity County Resource Conservation District, Trinity County Chamber of Commerce and Trinity County Arts Council. If you’re interested in being a vendor or sponsor, please contact the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce at 530-623-6101.  For agency booth information or to volunteer, please contact the Trinity County RCD at 530-623-6004.
